Zinc in plants life
Zinc is a component of many enzymes, takes part in formation of chlorophyll, promotes
synthesis of vitamins, therefore zinc application increases growth of plants. Zinc plays an important role in redox processes in plant organisms. Deficit of zinc leads to disruption of phosphorus metabolism: increased content of inorganic phosphate, its slowed conversion into organic forms that is manifested on plants by chloric spots on leaves, which become pale green, and even are almost white. Symptoms of zinc shortage in plants is development of interveinal chlorosis, stunted growth of plants, violation of seeds’ ripening. Between veins of corn leaves appear light yellow stripes (white spots); new leaves are pale yellow or white. Fruit trees are suffering from buds and shoots atrophy, leaves are falling down.
Application
Foliar fertilizing of Micro-Mineralis (Zinc) helps to:
- increase yielding capacity of all field, fruit and vegetable crops;
- reduce exposure to fungal diseases of plants;
- increase sugar content of fruits and berries;
- improve heat -, drought - and frost-resistance of plants;
- increase maintenance of carbohydrates, starch and proteins in plants
